題跋：在清初諸多山水畫流派之中，當以虞山太倉四王一派稱著，被譽為「正統畫派」而風靡畫壇。清中葉後其影響不衰，繼之者南方戴熙、而北方張之萬尤為突出，有「南戴北張」之稱。張之萬，字子青，號鑾坡，道光二十七年進士第一人及第，官之大學士。其畫骨秀神清，有四王之遺韻；而淡雅之處，又為四王所不及，風貌獨具。晚年更是筆簡墨澹，益見蒼寒。此山水冊筆墨精緻，俱見功力，而又清潤淡雅，當其中年得力之作，為士大夫畫中之逸品，允當寶之。己卯（1999）初秋，繼雄題，時在洛城。鈐印：勞、繼雄
鑒藏印：家在白雲黃鶴青山赤壁之間、一印漫漶不辨
