款識：吾子趙雍年已十六，頗聰敏而知好學。俟□暇日求書，余喜甚。因書《大學》以與之，不特字學而已也。松雪道人書。大德甲辰四月廿六日。鈐印：一印漫漶不辨
題跋：（（王穉登（款））趙魏公最愛其仲穆，每自作書畫名為仲穆。仲穆蚤慧，宜阿翁之欲急成其子也。觀其稱，雍十六齡已聰敏，故書《太學》序與之。孟聖以脩齊治之業，豈但銀鈎鐵畫之有哉。王穉登題。鈐印：青羊君、穉登之印
題另紙：（伊立勛）（一）此冊向聞寶存趙氏祠中，不知如何流出外間。余淂之於候補知府某君處。筆法純學右軍，為文敏本色，字嗣後仿李北海，則夭矯不羣，又是一種面目矣。「矝」作「矝」，蘇稼秋頗疑□。檢漢碑，亦有作「矝」者，自不必論矣。甲辰（1904）九秋，伊石琴記於吳門。鈐印：伊石琴

（三）趙文敏公《大學》真墨，珍若（文缺）。蓋當日燕居教子，興到即書，天趣盎然，未加點勘，此其所以為真。相千載下，如見古人得心應手，純任自然，非若後世學步者拘於繩墨未能活潑也。戊寅（1938）七月初十日，伊立勛謹識，時年八十有三。鈐印：立勳、秋水伊人
