Condition
Good impression and colour. Center fold. Lightly trimmed top and right edge. Lightly backed on paper. Restored wormage in the sky and to one corner.

此幅描寫遊人五百羅漢寺榮螺堂（今東京市郊）遠觀富士山及深川一帶景色，在《富嶽三十六景》系列中甚具代表性。榮螺堂，以其雙螺旋樓梯命名。圖中兩名遊人，爬過三層螺旋梯後，在其他遊人旁席地而坐稍侍休息。左方有一男子憑欄而立，遙指富士山，增加整體空間深度，他肩上所披，正是出版商西村屋與八（永壽堂）之巴紋。此乃早期版本，其線條清晰、色澤鮮明，天呈典型漸變靛藍，左下角鈐有「極」及「永壽堂」朱文二印，尤為珍貴。
