carved in the form of an elegantly-curved dragon with incised details, the stone of a pale celadon colour with occasional russet patches

The ornament is in good condition and well preserved. There are a few expected shallow nicks to the edges, the most prominent to the mouth of the dragon. A section of the tail has possibly been lightly polished to conceal pitting/flaws to the stone. The actual colour of the stone is of a greener tone than the catalogue illustration.
