There is a small stabilised section to the right side of the reverse. There are also expected minute bruises and nicks to the fragile extremities. The plaque is otherwise in overall good condition.

白玉帶皮，呈長方形。通景鏤雕山石為背景，靈芝、枝梗交錯。雄鹿四肢臥於腹下，雌鹿挺立，兩鹿回首相望，意境祥和溫馨，頗有立體感。
