Condition
The work is overall good condition. The paint layer impastos are intact and the colors bright. Along the center of the painting where the impastos form a vertical line there are minor areas where the gold paint has faded to reveal the white paint underneath, but this is only visible upon very close inspection. Under ultraviolet light inspection there are no signs of retouching. Framed.
