Condition
Ear clips signed M. Gérard, numbered 3923. French maker's mark for Vassort, 34 rue Saint-Etienne, 75001 Paris. French assay marks and stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of medium strong saturation, with typical surface reaching inclusions, abrasions and chips. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 7.00 - 9.00 carats, on average G-H colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Signs of normal wear to the metal. In very good condition.
Tiara stamped 750 for 18 carat gold. Sapphires well matched in colour, blue of medium strong saturation, with typical surface reaching inclusions, chips and abrasions. Diamonds estimated to weigh a total of approximately 18.00 - 22.00 carats, on average H-J colour, VS clarity, as gauged and graded in the mount. Little signs of wear to the metal. In very good condition.
