The present lot is preserved in Patek Philippe sealed bag, it has possibly been resealed after checking of function. Overall in excellent condition. Please note that upon export out of Hong Kong, the sealed bag has to be cut opened and alligator strap removed prior to shipping. 5077型號錶盤上的彩繪掐絲琺瑯全以人手製作。掐絲琺瑯是最常用於製作腕錶的琺瑯彩繪技術之一。琺瑯彩繪大師要先用金絲線在錶面上分隔出不同的著色區域，填上釉料後先經反覆打磨，繼而放入溫度高達攝氏 900 的火爐裡燒製。在製作過程中，由於爐燒的溫度及時間均會直接影響到琺瑯的成色，因此製作掐絲琺瑯對精確度要求非常嚴謹。在製作難度極高的情況下，只有技藝精湛的琺瑯彩繪大師才能淬鍊出最細緻優雅的作品。琺瑯釉彩於燒製期間會因應溫度差別而產生不同色彩效果，因此每件製成品（拍品2337/2338）均為獨一無二，非常珍貴。

此錶款的琺瑯錶盤上繪有象徵如意吉祥的錦鯉於池塘內悠然暢游，其琺瑯紋理細膩，質地溫潤， 而錦鯉與中國傳統文化的深厚淵源亦賦予腕錶一份遠古的格調。「鯉躍龍門」是中國古代傳統典故，相傳由於黃河河水渾濁，一​​般魚類不能存活，若有鯉魚能跳過龍門即能成龍，象徵飛黃騰達及功名有成的意思。鯉魚在日本亦為吉祥象徵，喻意好運及豐足。

此型號腕錶將品牌精巧的製錶技藝表露無遺，配以中華文化象徵吉祥的錦鯉為裝飾，其深厚的文化內涵實為中西合璧的完美演繹。
