Condition

In overall good condition. There are several small burst bubbles, the largest to the widest part of the body, measuring approx. 0.5 cm. There is a small inclusion to the inner foot rim. Some wear to the foot, consistent with age.

Compare a similar Qianlong mark and period glass vase of the same form and color, but carved with upright lotus petals, incised with an identical calligraphic mark, formerly in the Jingguantang and Shorenstein collections, sold at Christie's Hong Kong, 1st December 2010, lot 2922. Another pink glass vase of this type, incised with a Yongzheng mark, was sold in the same rooms, 28th April 1996, lot 525.
