of circular form, the domed cover painted with a central medallion enclosing four lotus blooms borne on a leafy meander, the sides of the cover and the box encircled by an undulating lotus scroll, all divided by double line borders, the base with a six-character mark within a double circle
Condition
A section of the cover has been broken and restuck, with associated restoration and repainting. There are minor glaze firing imperfections such as iron spots and burst glaze bubbles.
