The dish is in overall good condition. There are a few scattered burst bubbles to the interior and exterior, as well as a few minor iron spots.

本盤天藍釉釉色均勻，為鈞窰瓷器典例。鈞窰為宋代五大窰之一，河南省多個窰口遺址出土了多件釉色相若、同燒製於三角架上的陶瓷，1997年展於香港中文大學美術館主辦的《河南出土陶瓷展覽》，編號58及60。
台北國立故宮博物院藏有兩盤例，載於《故宮藏瓷大系：鈞窰之部》，台北，1999年，圖版54及55；蘇富比曾經出售兩例，各附三個支釘紋，其一出自仇焱之舊藏，載於Basil Gray所著之《早期中國陶器與瓷器》，倫敦，1952年，圖版84，售於1980年12月16日，編號272；第二件售於1991年12月10日，編號133；尚有一例售於紐約佳士得2005年9月20日，編號212。
