Condition
The movement is running at time of cataloguing. Dial is very nice and clean. Case and buckle are almost as new. The watch preserved in Patek Philippe factory seal bag, the plastic has broken on the side. The wristwatch appears to be unworn. Overall in excellent condition. Please note that the movement has not tested for the accuracy of time or duration of the power reserve and may need service at the buyer's discretion. **The strap of this wristwatch is made from an endangered species, please refer to important notices for further information.**

為慶祝百達翡麗與蒂芙尼長達150週年的密切合作關係，百達翡麗特別於2001年限量發行5150系列(又名T150)紀念版腕錶。兩者之間的合作關係源遠流長，蒂芙尼爲百達翡麗在美國的首個零售代理商，夥伴關係延續世紀，而是次的紀念款腕錶5150型號亦為百達翡麗第一款為美國零售代理商製造的腕錶。
百達翡麗的兩代總裁 Philippe Stern及Thierry Stern 先生不論在設計以至生産的過程中均親力親為，務求令配備橫向型日曆顯示及軍官式錶殼的5150型號成為獨一無二的錶款（一般年曆腕錶並不配備軍官式錶殼）。5150系列最特別地方為其數字月份顯示視窗，在「月份」字樣後以阿拉伯數字顯示月份。這種設計在30至40年代間於美國市場風行一時，亦令腕錶甚具懷舊意涵。
5150型號僅限量發行450枚，其中黃金、粉紅金及白金材質各發行150枚。
