釋文：黃子久秋山平遠圖。永樂十一年歲次癸巳(1413)六月朔，九龍山人孟端王紱。鈐印：「王紼」、「九龍山人」
鑒藏印：「陸氏家藏」、「子孫永寶」
題識於裱褙：王孟端仿黃子久山水，高介絕俗，畫為其人，畫史謂山水師黃鶴山樵。今觀是幅合二黃而為一，淡遠益清。神矣、聖矣。息侯金梁。鈐印：「瓜圃鑑藏」

註：金梁(1878-1962)，後改名關介之，字息候，瓜爾佳氏，滿洲正白旗人。世為浙江杭州八旗駐防，故亦作杭縣人。清末翰林，官員，歷史學者。光緒三十年（1904）成甲辰科進士，歷任翰林院編修、京師大學堂提調、監察禦史等。辛亥革命後，曾任農商部秘書等。
