釋文：熏沐稽首。花嚴大教主毗廬遮那佛一切諸佛諸大菩薩并善知識，余以曩刼不幸，禀報女身，如花嚴圓融法花獨妙，無上大教如鴨聞雷良，可嘆也。由是墾發誠願寫成銀字《花嚴經》一部、金字《法花經》一部，今已畢工，將此功德奉薦上昇王，仙駕超登樂岸，次祝主上殿下、德寧公主殿下，各保千秋四恩摠報三有齊資耳。至正五年(1345)八月 日 誌，功德主辰韓國大夫人金氏。北主 師□□心。
鑒藏印：「南海孔廣陶審定金石書畫印」、「南海黃紹憲所藏經籍書畫金石文字憲子孫其萬年永寶」、「公卓」、「嘉樂康藏」、「何」、「犖」、「公卓偶得」、「杳冥君室」、「陳蘭甫」

- Minor wormholes mainly at the folds and margins- Wormholes throughout several pages- The gold color turns slightly red-brown at the edges of scriptural pictures - Minor tears at the folds in a few pages- The color at the cover is slightly fade out. Some wormholes and paper loss at the cover
