上款：「藤瀨」即藤瀬政次郎（1867-1927），日本長崎人。一八八五年畢業於東京築地商法講習所。後加入三井物產會社，曾任該社上海分社支店長，於政商界人脈廣通。辛亥革命甫成功，孫中山欲與三井商借款項，以解財政困窘，藤瀨居間籌劃，促成其事。
