上款：「騰蛟」即張騰蛟，一九三○年生，山東高密人。早歲從戎，四九年去台，退役後轉任公職，曾任行政院新聞局主任秘書。業餘專注文學創作，以筆名「魯蛟」在報章發表新詩，參與創辦〈創世紀詩刊〉、〈桂冠詩刊〉等刊物。後轉而創作散文，偶有小說、評論及傳記，出版甚豐，作品屢獲奬項。

註：鶴喻長壽，相傳為仙人之座騎。古人好之，歷代詩詞詠之甚多，如唐代朱慶餘〈題仙遊寺〉七絶，有句「曾有仙人駐鶴看」；心畬畫上亦有「彈得出蘭曲，仙人駐鶴聽」句。金陵汪氏鄴園石峰上原刻晚明顧橫波題「駐鶴」二字，何紹基〈金陵雜述四十絕句〉中有載。溥氏或取前人句意，書此贈藝友。
