上款：「誦先」即鄭誦先（1892-1976），四川富順人。早年從政，二七年曾為張學良秘書，三十年代出任北平市政府秘書長，後出任天津市政府、天津銀行公會秘書長等職務。他秉承家學，精研文，工詩詞及駢、散文，擅書法，享譽於北方書壇。心畬寫此以贈同道，自無怠慢馬虎，悉力成之。
