旅日學者鄒濤舊藏。鄒氏，浙江人，長於書法篆刻，著有〈趙之謙年譜〉。本幅附其便箋，記述乃啟功先生一九八四年饋贈，珍藏近廿年，二○○二年轉贈日本友人種邨。
