註：大千先生五女心沛，許與同鄉老友李子章之子李先覺，生女取名緒瑩，小名「瑩瑩」。
大千甚疼愛瑩瑩，即使輾轉遷居加州環蓽庵及定居台北摩耶精舍，仍屢有贈畫，以寄託其思念之情。本幅爲自畫像，以頭部側寫入畫，白話題跋，縱使小孩子亦易讀易懂。其題語妙趣而親暱，愛孫之切，溢於紙上，屬其自畫像中鮮有者。
