the screen carved in low relief to one side with flowering and fruiting branches, issuing from garden rocks, fitted into a cloisonné frame and stand, with key-fret border along the sides on a blue ground, the apron with florets and foliate scrolls, with archaistic dragon scrollwork supports, the jade of an even pale celadon tone

Condition
There is a diagonal 6cm flaw running from the lower central part of the screen and three smaller flaws to the upper right section. There is rubbing to the gilding to various areas of the frame.

本品飾自然山水景致，置案頭賞玩神遊，忘卻案牘煩擾。同類插屏有見一組四例，一面飾淺浮雕花卉，另一面銘刻文字，鑲銅胎掐絲琺瑯座，曾展於《玉緣：德安堂藏玉》，北京故宮博物院，2004年，編號22，售於香港蘇富比2006年4月10日，編號1518；另一對例售於紐約蘇富比2001年9月19日，編號61；尚有碧玉插屏兩例，售於紐約蘇富比，其一出自Bernard K. Crawford伉儷收藏，售於1992年6月1/2日，編號63，另一件售於1989年10月20日，編號289。
