This work is generally in good condition with minor surface accretion. Upon close inspection, very fine cracks to the impasto at the centre is noted. When examined under the ultraviolet light, there appears to be no evidence of restoration.

具體派之慷概贊助人

自古以來，藝術贊助人對藝術發展有著非常重要的影響。在無數世紀以來，無論是新晉抑或是重要藝術家，均需要這些富有的藝術愛好者透過贊助，在金錢或心理上作出支持。

對很多具體派藝家而言，無論是早期草創，還是後來稍有知名度之時，他們仍然在財政上結据。拍品編號794至796的重要歷史性作品來自鮮為人知的贊助人，他不單慷概支持，更贊助具體雜誌的印刷。

此贊助人原為吉原治良石油公司編印小冊子，後來為吉原創立的具體派以優惠價格印刷具體雜誌。他往後結識了很多具體派藝術家，並一直購藏他們的作品以示精神上及金錢上支持。今次拍賣呈獻白髮一雄、前川強及向井修二的六十年代作品，見證著具體派的黃金時期。
