the first in the form of a double-gourd wreathed in curling foliage, detailed with a small blossom carved from a russet inclusion in the stone; the second in the form of three mandarin ducks resting on lotus pads and further detailed with a pod and blossom
Condition
Both carvings are generally in good condition. There is some typical occasional nibbling or insignificant nicks to some edges, including the edge of the leaves on the double gourd or the lotus pad of the mandarin ducks group.
