potted in the form of two conjoined vases with a flattened circular midsection rising from a splayed foot to a tall tubular neck, one side of the mid section decorated with a pair of cranes and signed with an iron-red Taoyu seal mark, the reverse with the rear view of a water buffalo, signed Taoyu followed by an iron-red ding yin seal mark, the base with a gu huan seal mark, wood stand
Condition
The vase is in overall good condition with just minor firing imperfections, the most notable two short firing cracks to the footring.
