the pear-shaped vase surmounted with a galleried mouth, decorated around the sloping shoulders with a border of scrolling foliate vines above naturalistically rendered flowers sprouting from leafy stems, with overlapping upright petals radiating from the spreading foot, covered in a transparent glaze tinged to blue
Condition
The vase is in overall good condition. There are flakes to the crackled glaze, in particular to the mouth and the raised decorations. The vase also has some typical firing imperfections, especially to the foot.
