大幅掛軸畫（繪圖部分214 x 112公分；整體232 x 130公分，連邊界），水墨設色紙本，數頁拼接相連，現代鑲淡藍色絹邊，部分位置缺損，經專家修復及托於命紙之上

大型彩繪神仙佛像掛畫。 「本畫雲集天界眾仙神佛尊像，反映中國古代民間普遍的多神論信仰習俗。上三分之一的畫面，佛教與道教眾神仙現身於雲濤之間。釋迦牟尼佛身邊有菩薩等佛圍繞，另有諸威武護法神將如四大天王或四大金剛。從部分藏傳佛教形像及秘傳宗教圖案可見，本畫部分神祗源自多位清朝皇帝信奉的藏傳密宗。釋迦牟尼下方的主神是玉皇大帝，身旁侍立玄武、孔子等，正主持朝會，納取禀報。玉帝下方有波濤翻滾，延至畫面中部，水上一船搭載諸水神，當中有白龍、龍母、水官等……。此部分畫面多見民間主流神祗，均與長壽與財福有關，如被奉為武財神的關羽……，水神右邊是福祿壽三星。畫面左側宮殿下方坐著幾位神祗，是為五路財神」（《All Under Heaven》）。本畫列具多位神像之尊名，字跡整潔端莊，此類做法甚為少見。
