對開本（380 x 260毫米），全幅尺寸315 x 5200毫米，台灣地圖，彩色水彩及粉彩手繪，經摺式開本，上下邊裱絹，圖冊版式，織錦封面，貼題簽，封底無硬底，封面略有蛀蝕，第五至六頁（右起）開裂，有輕微水印及缺紙，經修復。

1683年，明朝遺臣鄭成功（1624-1662年）及其後人在台灣建立的明鄭政權滅亡，正式歸附滿清政府，自此台灣被納入清代版圖，稱台灣府，隸屬福建省，分三縣：台灣縣、鳳山縣及諸羅縣。本圖封皮題簽《大清國臺灣府地輿全圖》，下款「道光三年閩省總衙呈進」。本圖從右至左二十連頁，集台灣府各地名詞彙。地圖從台灣北部開始，列繪西岸至南部諸山脈及水文位置名稱。其中山脈以藍綠色礦物顏料點綴，此般青綠山水自唐代起深受宮廷喜愛。沿岸平原以水墨描繪，部分渲染彩色。簡描的建築及群落標示主要聚居點、官府衙門、寺廟及衛戍區域；地名加紅色外框。連接村落及城鎮的主要曲徑道路亦以紅線勾勒（摘自《All Under Heaven》展覽圖錄）。
