The four panels are in overall good condition. There are minor chips and losses to extremities, and some minor touch-ups and consolidation to small breaks and cracks, together with several age cracks to the carved designs, most noticeable on the rockwork, and general surface wear with small lacquer losses to the corners and along the edges, all consistent with age. Some black staining to the surface which could benefit from cleaning.
