Condition
The canvas has been relined. There is evidence of light wear to the edges of the work due to abrasions from the frame, but this does not affect the image as the paint layers are healthy overall. There is a small tear to the canvas at the upper left corner. Upon close inspection, there are accretions and dirt visible at the unpainted canvas, white thick impasto and at other lighter pigments. There are some accretions present at edges and two liquid stains at upper right corner. There is another liquid stain at bottom left corner. There is a small group of liquid accretions near right edge are only visible under ultraviolet light. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no signs of restoration.
