There is evidence of light handling to edges of the work due to abrasions from the frame, but this does not affect the overall image. The paint layers are healthy overall. Upon very close observation, there are some sporadic areas of paint loss to white background visible, but they are possibly inherent to the work and due to the artist's working method. There are some accretions along upper edge and upper left, and a 2 inch vertical scuff at yellow cloud on left side. There is some loss to paint at red pigment at center house. Upon close inspection, there are 2 pinhole sized holes at the rooftop of the house at the right side and some pinhole sized brown accretions present throughout the surface of the work. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no visible signs of restoration. Frame.
