這一組《無題》富有吳大羽典型的半抽象風格，每一幅的表現力都不依賴於其敘事性或具象的主題，而是採用單純的藝術元素——色彩與線條——來組合架構，以呈現藝術家所追求的美的本質。作品中的顏色絢麗奔放而不失和諧及韻律感，粗獷動感而充滿童趣的筆觸在畫面上形成各種「勢象」。例如左圖黑色蠟筆自然地拉開了主體與前景，勾勒出類似舞蹈人形的動勢；而右圖一隻活潑生氣的鳥兒在色彩的層次配置下冉冉升起。大羽先生此時的藝術已擺脫了對形體的恭順，而到了追求逸筆草草，導引觀者體味一種勿需多餘詮釋的無言之美。「美在天上，有如雲朵，落入心目，一經剪裁，著跟成藝。」他在作品中所展現的對出現在「形象」和「心象」之間的美的聯想，充滿詩意耐人尋味。
