- huanghuali (Dalbergia odorifera)
案面為標準格角攢邊框平鑲獨板綠紋石面心，石紋飛揚生動。下裝二根托帶支承。邊抹線腳上舒下斂內縮至底壓一窄平線。微帶側腳的圓材腿足上端開口，嵌夾帶作肩牙頭的牙條，以雙榫納入案面邊框底部。案面下有一屜板，平鑲入腿足間棖子的槽口。

Condition
As visible in the catalogue photo there are natural flaws/cracks to the puddingstone. Strengthening and consolidation to where the legs are attached to the table top. Other general surface wear to the fragile extremities, especially the tips of the feet, as expected of Ming furniture preserved over the centuries in a domestic setting.

「稱之香几，宜置盆裁文石。抱子石材，北京故宮後宮地板也偶見用之。」
此桌子造型簡約，比例纖細優美。其簡潔的外型更凸顯出几面石板的色彩斑斕。桌腿足間無棖子如現例，是典型明朝家具設計，常見於明代繪畫和木刻版畫圖例中，但傳世品相當稀少。
此桌應是香几，十六世紀高濂所著《遵生八牋》中提及，這類香几可用於陳設賞石、盆栽、花瓶或香爐。王世襄、袁荃猷，《明式家具萃珍》，美國中華藝文基金會，芝加哥、洛杉磯，1997年，編號32，頁66-67有癭木面深度較寬的一例。伍嘉恩，《選中之選：明式家具集珍》，嘉木堂，香港，2011年，頁46-49載錄黃花梨木面香几一例，造型與現例相似。
