- zitan (Pterocarpus santalinus)
案面邊抹打槽嵌裝獨板面心，兩端嵌入翹頭，抹頭邊框與翹頭同出一木。邊抹冰盤沿上舒下斂。圓材腿足上端開口，嵌夾造型特出的雲紋牙頭式牙條，以雙榫納入案面底部。兩端腳足間各安一雙圓材梯棖，中間嵌入雙套環卡子花。

Condition
There is expected minor shrinkage leaving line gaps to the surface of the table. Expected bruising to the fragile extremities especially the tips of the feet. Strengthening and consolidation to the decorative flanges.

「清初紫檀案，繞頭若展翅，大異於晚明條桌。」
牙頭分開不連接為牙條的做法，是遠年設計，見於宋代至明代早期家具。現例帶此特徵，應是十七世紀製作的彷古懷舊作品。
