明末 黃花梨摺疊式炕案

案面四周起攔水線，冰盤沿與牙條沿邊起線，牙條正中有尖的壺門式輪廓，弧度柔和自然，中刻小圈兩卷相抵，連木做牙頭兩旁鎪兩葉。形狀優美的腿子，也翻出葉形，足端刻卷轉紋，下承半小球墊。兩腿足間支以橫棖成梯狀，兩組梯形構件以榫卯與桌面框邊抹底部相接，更能卸下向橫摺疊在炕案面內。

「摺疊式炕案承宋代古風，腿作捲葉式，末端曲轉，下承小墊，雅逸高致。」

此具炕案造型優美，大弧度壺門牙子，鎪葉形腿足，均保留了在繪畫中可見的宋代家具風格。摺疊式的結構，方便儲存或搬移到室外亭園使用。各種結構的摺疊式及可拆卸式家具構成中國古典家具中一項特別種類。

新加坡亞洲文明博物館藏一摺疊式炕桌，並收錄於《中國文物收藏》，亞洲文明博物館，新加坡，1997年，圖版116。另二例為北京故宮博物院藏品，都是桌子而不是案，載錄於朱家溍、王世襄編，《中國美術全集．工藝美術編11．竹木牙角器》，北京，1987年，頁141。
