In good condition. The gold displays minor scratching and discoloration. The enamel is intact overall with minor to moderate damage and losses, commensurate with age of the piece. The diamond is approximately near colorless and decorative in quality. The seed pearls are well matched in size and color, have good luster, and range from round to slightly out of round to flat on one side, but this is not noticeable when worn, and they range from a silvery white body color to a light yellow body color with soft rose, green and blue overtones. The larger pearls range in shape from out of round to almost button-shape, they have good to fair luster, the four on the central element have a light gray body color with soft pink overtones and the hanging pearl has a creamy off-white body color with soft pink and green overtones and demonstrates some pitting. The piece is signed on the four necklace terminals and the pendant. There is an embossed box with green velvet interior which shows signs of age and wear.
