In good condition. Fitted with a functional safety chain. The pearls range from round to slightly out of round, especially the smaller pearls and have good to fair luster. The majority of the pearls have a creamy white body color with soft green overtones though several display silvery gray and silvery white body color with soft to strong pink overtones. There are multiple pearls that display cracking and peeling skins and several with pitting and ringing. The sapphire is a medium deep blue and is moderately included with several surface reaching inclusions and minor to moderate nicks and surface abrasions to the top of the cabochon. The diamonds are approximately F-G color, VS-SI clarity. Accompanied by GIA report no. 2135583911 stating that the pearls are predominantly natural, saltwater, with one bead cultured pearl.
