In good condition. Slight nicks and scratches found to the base of the ring shank, commensurate with wear and some evidence of resizing. The star ruby is a medium deep, slightly purplish red, moderately to heavily included with several surface reaching inclusions these are mainly concentrated on the underside. The star is pronounced and demonstrates 6 strong legs. The diamonds are approximately E-F color, predominantly VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 1073007 stating that the ruby is of Burmese origin, with no indications of heating, strength of star: strong, quality of star: very good. Together with a letter from the AGL on the quality and rarity of this star ruby.
