In excellent condition. The padparadscha is medium orange-pink and eye-clean. There is a fine feather extending from the table to a star facet, a faint fingerprint to one corner, and several fine scratches to the crown visible under 10x magnification. The diamonds are approximately G-H color, VS clarity. Accompanied by AGL report no. CS 68703 stating that the padparadscha sapphire is of Classic Ceylon origin, with no indications of heating. Together with a letter from the AGL stating that, 'A pinkish orange padparadscha of this size and quality is very rare. Augmenting the importance of this fine gem is the fact that it also does not exhibit any gemological evidence of heating or clarity enhancements, which are commonly employed today to improve the color and quality of many sapphires. The lack of enhancement further accentuates the rarity, desirability and importance of this exceptional gemstone.'
