Colour and Clarity: According to the Jadeite Testing Certificates, the yellow jadeite "flower" and icy jadeite saddle ring are natural, Type "A" Jadeite Jade. Please refer to the certificates for details. In our opinion, the yellow jadeite "flower" is translucent, of medium to intense amber yellow colour, with a celadon section nicely carved as a blossoming flower. The icy jadeite saddle ring is highly translucent, of light celadon tone. Upon illumination, there are cloud inclusions in both jadeites, but not noticeable when worn. Other tiny jadeite cabochons on both the brooch and ring are of translucent, medium emerald green colour. Diamonds on the brooch together weighing approximately 0.80 carat, are about J to K colours, VS to SI clarity Condition: Signs of normal wear to the mounts, otherwise both in very good condition. IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that jadeite and rubies of Burmese origin and articles of jewellery containing jadeite or rubies of Burmese origin all less than 100 years old may not be imported into the US. The purchaser's inability to import any item into the U.S. or any other country as a result of these or other restrictions shall not justify cancellation or rescission of the sale or any delay in payment.
