with rounded shoulders and a tapering body, set with a hinged semi-circular handle folding to either side of a short raised mouthrim fitted with a pierced cover, the top of the cover cast with a scene of Zhong Kui and two figures, possibly a child riding on the shoulders of a demon, with pine branches hanging overhead and a waterfall streaming nearby, the base incised with an indistinct inscription
