清雍正 青花纏枝蓮紋盤 《大清雍正年製》款

well potted with shallow rounded sides rising from a short foot, beautifully decorated in shades of cobalt blue with 'heaping and piling', the interior with a medallion enclosing a central peony bloom surrounded by further peony and lotus blossoms, all wreathed by meandering leafy scrolls, encircled by a composite floral scroll including lotus, chrysanthemum, hibiscus, all below a 'classic' scroll band bordering the inner rim, the exterior with a further composite floral scroll band between a key-fret band and a 'classic' scroll band, the foot bordered with a double-band, the base inscribed with a six-character reign mark within a double-circle

The overall condition is quite good, with the exception of a short firing crack to the mouthrim of approx. 0.3 cm. There are also some minor firing flaws, including tiny kiln grits, iron spots, trapped and burst air bubbles. The surface also has some expected wear and light scratches.
