The print is in generally very good condition. It is mounted on mat board. There is a 1/2 inch round mounting imperfection in the left center of the image visible in raking light only. There is some surface soiling near the edges of the top half of the image visible in raking light only. There are a few minor surface imperfections scattered through the image. There are notations in pencil on the mount. There are hinges at the top of the mount. A studio label, printed with the sitter's name, is affixed to the reverse of the mount. There area a few scattered handling marks on the reverse. The collection stamp on the reverse reads 'PRINTED UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF FRANCESCO SCAVULLO FROM THE COLLECTION OF SEAN BYRNES'.
