於2005年開始發行的5078型號腕錶堪稱低調奢華的同義詞。打問拉桿巧妙地隱藏在錶側，只有真正的收藏家才能一睹其奧妙之處。百達翡麗總裁 Thierry Stern堅持親自為每枚三問腕錶進行出廠前的最後測試，以確保打問音色達到品牌的最高標準。5078型號腕錶搭載了caliber R 27 PS機芯，由342個精密零部件組成，透過底部透明藍寶石錶背，可欣賞其嚴密精準的複雜設計。此型號腕錶發行初期推出鉑金錶殼配白色琺瑯錶盤版本，其後則以鉑金錶殼搭配黑漆錶盤。據資料顯示，5078型號腕錶自發行至今僅生產約100枚。
