At the time of cataloging, manual winding, perpetual calendar and split seconds chronograph are all in working order. Dial is in excellent condition, nice and clean. Case with only a few very light hairlines to the side. Very light signs of use shown on buckle. Excellent condition in general. 百達翡麗於1941年推出傳奇錶款的1518型號，為首批同時配備計時萬年曆的時計，自此品牌便開始製造具複雜功能的計時腕錶，及後1951年面世的2499型號，以及近代於1986年出現的3970型號，均備受藏家認同追捧，在其19年發行生涯中亦歷經多次改款。計時萬年曆腕錶的複雜機構完美展示鐘錶工藝歷年的創新，製錶大師能將兩項極為繁複高端的功能納入錶殼咫尺之間，亦令5004型號之設計廣受好評讚譽。

5004型號於1995年開始生產，直至現時仍為百達翡麗最複雜的計時腕錶。由407個零件組成，此錶款搭載了calibre CHR 27-70Q機芯，將追針計時及萬年曆功能完美結合。追針計時實現多項計時同時進行且引進百達翡麗專利的追針脫離裝置，準確率在一秒之內。萬年曆功能還配備了24小時、閏年及精準月相顯示。

5004型號實為百達翡麗嚴謹製錶工藝的極致體現，可謂品牌推出最具雄心壯志創作的終極時計。此型號搭載了由Nouvelle Lemania打造的最後一枚非百達翡麗自製計時機芯，更具歷史意義。
