趙錢孫李...（詳文略）...百家姓終。
題跋：（王）南園老人氣節震一時，乃其墨妙亦入能品。晚年轉學平原，然中年用筆出入於河南、率更。余見雪盧道兄藏老人書《樂志論》有歐、褚遺灋，摩挲不忍釋。此《百家姓》寫本蓋老人課子所作，筆致純，与《樂志論》沆瀣一氣，其同時手筆歟。雪翁宜並寶之也。壬寅（1902）十月，吳縣王仁俊。鈐印：對客撝豪人生一樂
（潭）己未（1919）六月苦雨經旬，頻從冲甫兄借觀所藏，獲覩南園此冊及《樂志論》冊，欣幸記之，澤闓。鈐印：无想題記
