釋文：曾以四百晧購檀園小立幅，用己退筆略略點化，署曰「倣啟南翁」，與外間所傳頗不類。後獲見啟南《冷泉亭子》，始知檀園雖其形而得其神者也。此幅從檀園之形求啟南之神。
款識：道光壬辰（1832）中秋前一日，曉起題請篴舫老前輩大人雅鑒，侍戴熙作於京邸。鈐印：酵士、戴熙
題跋：戴酵士，號鹿床，杭州人。道光十二年（1832）翰林，官至兵部侍郎。山水與湯貽汾齊名，佳譽隆一時。倩菴大師早歲山水即從此公入手。辛卯（2011）歲闌，後學啟蒙識。鈐印：研露、清宗室、啟蒙
引首：鹿床墨瀋。吳湖帆題。 鈐印：吳湖帆印、倩盦書印
