款識：大明國太監鄭和，法名福吉祥。發心書寫金字《金剛經》、《觀音經》、《彌陀經》、《摩利支天經》、《天妃靈驗經》、《心經》、《楞嚴呪》、《大悲咒》、《尊勝呪》、《百字神呪》，永遠看誦，供養皇圖永固，佛日增輝。凡奉命於四方，常叨恩於三寶，自他俱利，恩有均霑吉祥如意者。
永樂十二年（1414）三月吉日謹題。
