naturally formed with an almost pyramidial heap of burls, the patina of a warm caramel-brown colour
Condition
The overall condition is fairly good, except for some expected chips to the extremities, with the largest chipped area on the reverse, near a stabilised joint between two lumps of burls. The actual colour is slightly lighter than the catalogue illustration.
