comprising a glass goblet engraved with the monogram of Catherine II, probably the Imperial Glassworks, circa 1770; a mouthblown decanter with stopper and three cylindrical glasses, all etched and gilded with the Imperial eagle in gilt above a banner that has been removed, possibly to omit any reference to the ancient regime after the October Revolution, apparently unmarked, circa 1910

Condition

the glass of the goblet with a slight purple cast and unpolished pontil mark frequently seen in 18th-century Russian glass from the Imperial Glassworks, with one tiny chip to underside of foot, probably resulting from a small air bubble; the neck of the decanter with some wear to the gilding, the stopper with chips
