上款：「嚴克」即司徒非（1893-1937），廣東開平人。畢業於保定軍校，歷任廣州市公安局總務科長、江門市市長。以十九路軍上校團長參與「一二八」之役，奮勇抗日。同年調赴福州，「閩變」後轉投國民政府。三七年陣亡於淞滬戰線。
