註：畫上題四字偈語，乃指人參，出自高麗人所作，見於〈說文解字〉。大千好寫花卉蔬果，惟以人參入畫，兼題〈人參贊〉，極為稀見。他定居台灣後，身體不適時，多往榮民總醫院接受檢查診治，得醫護人員悉心照顧，故有作品送贈留念。人參具延年之效，以此為題，酬贈經常照拂之護士，可見畫家切想之週。
